To be able to complete the login process from home, you will need an RSU 24 network login account. Use the help desk to request one if you need it. You will have to download the appropriate Citrix client for your computer. You may install the client, but when you get to the login screen your username and password will be rejected until you have logged in successfully with your RSU 24 login.
